Meet The Team

Mark McDonald B.POL (Inv), G.C.U.L.T
Director
Mark is a retired NSW Police Officer with 27 years of service, including 23 years as a Detective. He worked primarily in south-western Sydney, with assignments in the Homicide and Drug Units, as well as various Task Forces. Mark later transitioned into education, presenting a case study for six years at the NSW Police Homicide Course and spending ten years lecturing and contributing to curriculum design at the NSW Police Academy. His responsibilities included teaching policing students about traffic law, investigations, legislation, and ethics.
In addition, Mark has spent six years teaching Policing and Social Science at Western Sydney University, across the Bankstown and Nirimba campuses.

Andrew McDonald Cert. IV

Andrew is a retired NSW Police Officer with 30 years of service, achieving the rank of Sergeant before retiring in 2016. He served primarily in General Duties across Western Sydney Commands. With a strong understanding of road rules and a deep commitment to road safety, Andrew spent much of the 2000s educating students on the topic as a Crime Prevention Officer.
